This Privacy Policy explains how Notivera (“Notivera,” “we,” “us,” or the “App”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App.

1) Scope

Notivera is a note-taking application designed to keep your notes stored on your device. Certain optional features, such as AI Summarization and AI Chat, require sending the content you select to a third-party AI service provider (described below). If you do not enable or use these AI features, your note content is not transmitted to any AI service.

2) Information We Process

Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following categories of information:

A) User Content (Notes and Attachments)

When you create or edit notes, the App may process:

• Note titles and text
• Images/photos you attach to notes
• Audio recordings you create or attach
• Transcripts (if you generate or import transcripts)
• Any other content you intentionally submit to generate an AI summary or AI response

Local Storage by Default: Your notes and attachments are stored locally on your device. We do not automatically upload your notes to our servers.

AI Output Storage: Summaries and AI responses generated in the App are stored locally on your device (e.g., in local app storage such as Core Data) as part of your notes. We do not store AI-generated summaries or responses on our servers.

B) Usage Data (Analytics)

We may process limited usage and device information, such as:

• Feature usage events (e.g., tapping “Generate Summary”), screens visited, and session data
• Technical device/app information (device model, OS version, app version, language/region)

We use this information to improve performance and user experience.
